Who We Are
Under Seage Studio is a design-first practice for small teams. Websites, custom software, AI automation and marketing, built end to end by one person who has run the business himself.
Before the studio, I ran Lennox Label, a Northern Rivers retail brand. Every system you see here came out of needing it in real life, then building it because nothing off the shelf fit.
That's why we sit in the business first. Lennox Label is where the methodology came from, and it's still the test for whether a system is worth building.
Alongside the studio, Josh works as an independent AI specialist, speaker and trainer. Most teams already have Claude and use a fraction of it, so he runs keynotes, in-house Claude training days, and an ongoing enablement retainer for the businesses that want an AI guy on call. A behavioural science background, social science plus a marketing and behavioural science masters, is why the training actually sticks, and years of community work across the Northern Rivers is why it lands with real teams.
